The very first and vital step to be taken in terms of taking care of yourself in literally any spectrum of your whole body, the very first step of restoration or recovery is to hydrate yourself. Remember girls; don’t make winter a constant excuse, keep yourselves hydrated at all times.
Use energizing face-wash to keep those pores clean and healthy divas! Splash some lukewarm water over that pretty face of yours often and make sure to clean all the dirt and pollution thoroughly.
Take help of wet wipes while travelling to work or out with friends.
As soon as you wash your face, make sure to moisturize your face and hands scrupulously. Evoke a habit to carry a small moisturizer with you at all times.
Sunscreen is neither meant to stay limited to the summer season nor for the beach vacays but is an essential in winters too. Always put on sunscreen with strong spf power whenever you plan to go out the house, on the grey winter days as well.

As pleasing those hot water baths feel they can actually result in disruption of your skin’s pH balance and hence we advise you to keep the time limit of your showers to a minimum and use lukewarm water to shower especially when it comes to washing your hair as hot water can damage your roots and scalp and result in excessive hair fall.

Record your daily tasks & schedule and format a skincare routine for a whole week and make sure you follow it without fail. Investing in your skincare is investing in yourself because waking up to a healthy skin is the most amazing feeling ever.
